La Trinidad Mine
-Design and construction of a packing system in balanced food bags. 8 ton hopper of product, transport system to hopper with 46” belt conveyor, two bagging systems consisting of 2 feeders formed by a trough with a double helicoidal diameter of 30cm each. Driven with a 5hp electric gearmotor each controlled with a frequency variator. These unload the product into an automatic bagging hopper with an electronic weighing system. Once the project is deposited in the bag, it is cooked with an automatic bag cooker. <This station has the capacity to pack 600 bags of 35 Kg per hour of different products.
